Kay . I'm not dead. That's about it. Also: Congrats Vic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxxxxxxxx

I'm growing frustrated with work, I'm about thisclose to applying at Starbucks, or Victor Allen's or Gloria Jean's or some other coffee shop. Most likely Starbucks, since I have a buttload of experience making their drinks.  Our hours are still uber shitty, and I'm getting shafted. I worked Sunday and then I come back to close Friday and Saturday nights. Working until 11:30 on Saturday when I have to pack and get up at the ass crack of dawn to go to Milwaukee for a week is going to make me VERY crabby.  In Milwaukee, I have plans to see the godkids, my grampa, Ken and Crocostimpy. I don't think I'll get to see Jay or Mario which makes me sad. I miss them to pieces. I could use a good cuddle with my best friend.

I'm super stoked to see Crocostimpy, and a little sad since the Pimpmobile became injured during last week's heavy snow. I almost broke down and cried when he told me she was hurt, I ran up to both John and Double-Oh Nick begging them to hold me. Yes, I'm well aware that I was losing it over a car, but the Pimpmobile is no ordinary car, gentle readers. There are tons of memories of good times getting high and grooving on epic shit in that car. I love you, Pimpmobile. xxx  I spent about half an hour on the phone with Crocostimpy, and it was so great to catch up with him, I can't wait to just chill with him like we did before our lives became so busy that an occasional text was our only way to communicate.  I miss that. While I'm on the subject of Crocostimpy: congrats on the job hun! xxxxxxxxxxxx

I've been sucked back into my love of reading. I'm currently reading Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere. Wonderful. I have been on a Neil Gaiman kick lately in the past month or so I've read American Gods, Good Omens and Neverwhere. I'd move on to Stardust or Anansi Boys or Smoke and Mirrors, but I borrowed Pride and Prejudice from Anaea (wtf can't you have a code name I can spell woman?!)  since Double-Oh Nick keeps banging on about Mr Darcy and how he's so much better than Mr Rochester. Blasphemy. Blaspheyou.

I also recently bought a copy of Gone With the Wind, and I'm hoping I can get through it. I tried to read it when I was younger and never finished it. We're showcasing that at movie night in two weeks. Hehehe. John and Don call it four hours of boring, but us wimmens love it.  I hope Double-Oh Nick likes it as well.

Went bowling with Double-Oh Nick on Saturday before work. He completely powned me with his 113 and my crappy 60. I'm so lame, but it was the most fun I've had in a long time.

The "movie" on Movie Night was Freejack. *shudder* Very very bad. We ended up erasing the badness of the movie with a wonderful episode of Doctor Who.

John's been pretty crabby lately. The project he's working on has left him pretty frustrated. Poor baby.

Erm. I think I'm done now.

Oh come ON.... who DOESN'T love Emilo vs. Mick Jagger?

But seriously.. thanks for the kind words on the car.... at least someone else understands that its more than just a car.. its something designed and created, with heart and soul. No Ford Focus will ever be like it. It is unique.

As will my next ride be....

Re: Freejack!

Erm........ None of us liked Emilio Vs Mick Jagger. We all have taste :p

You know how much I love your car, so many fond memories.

Your next ride will probably be something very pimpy, as you mate are pimpier than Bill Clinton.

I'll call you when I hit town, but I'm thinking Wednesday or Friday evening. Those are currently my only free times.
