Holy fucking shit.........*shaking and joyful*

Ok training at Miller Park yesterday was boring as fuck. The lady there was a fucking bitch and I wanted to smack her with a brat. On the plus side they did feed us, I love the brats at the stadium. ANYWAY enough of this boring shit. Yesterday I was going through 21361.com (which is Henry Rollins' website) looking for other books of his that I want and as soon as I have money I coax my mom into ordering them onlne and give her cash in exchange for her using a credit card. My retarded ass said "what the hell...." and emailed Henry Rollins. When I logged on about 15 minutes ago, in my inbox was....... a REPLY from Henry Rollins!!!!!! OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!! Since I'm retarded I'll post it. I'm not going to post his email address though, it can be found on 21361.com

Mr Rollins,

Hiya! My name is Jen and I'm in Milwaukee, WI. I'd just like to say that I have recently been combing bookstores for your books. I have all of your spoken word dvds and four of your books, and I love them. I know it may sound silly, but my friend Jay and I have a tendency to quote our favourite movies and comedians, and we quote you fairly often. The first book of yours I purchased was The Portable Henry Rollins, and there were excerpts from See A Grown Man Cry/Now Watch Him Die that really touched me deeply. I have a great respect and admiration for anyone who writes something that makes me feel. I had been going through a really rough time (I had just been fired from Sam Goody and having trouble coping with a recent breakup), reading your book broke through my apathy and inspired me to write again. Your burning intensity sparked something in me and made me see the world in a different way, and I'd just like to thank you for writing words that touched my soul. I know I'm rambling, and I deeply apologise for that I have no idea what to say to someone I admire so I'm probably coming off like a giant loser right now. :o) Anyway, from a fan to an artist- thank you for doing what you do and touching peoples' lives.

Hey Jen, thanks for the letter. I am glad you get something out of the books and I am sorry about the firing and the break-up. i am sure you're on your way to a better job and relationship. I am glad some of the work I have done has been of use. Hang in there. Henry

How fucking awesome is that?! Ok I'm going to print it out and tape it to my wall now. *leaping up and down for joy*
